ELA Perth team makes new discoveries in the WA desert
During flora and fauna surveys in Western Australia’s Goldfields region Eco Logical Australia’s Perth ecology team recently recorded a number of new and exciting discoveries. These included Goodenia salina, annual sedge Isolepis australiensis, one new species of mygalomorph trapdoor spider, Kwonkan ‘sp. nov’, and two new species of millipedes: Antichiropus ‘binduli’ and Antichiropus ‘kalgoorli’. conducted for Norton Gold Fields Limited, expansion of their Binduli gold mine near the town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

Metz Solar Farm Approved for New England Tablelands (NSW)
We are pleased to acknowledge the recent development approval of the State Significant Metz Solar Farm proposal. We were engaged by Infinergy Pacific to assist to secure planning approval for the 100 Megawatt solar farm at Metz, near Armidale in the New England region of NSW. We led the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement for this development, as well as preparing a wide range of supporting technical studies.
