Range of clients

Bushfire Prone Land Mapping (BFPLM): Analysis and classification of vegetation and land within and adjacent to relevant LGAs, in accordance with the requirements of the Rural Fire and Environmental Assessment Legislation Amendment Act 2002.  Reports, digital data layers, metadata and maps have been produced. Recent Council projects include creation of BFPLM for Camden, Newcastle, Fairfield and Bankstown.

Wagga Wagga Shire Council Bushfire Risk Management Studies for seven proposed rezoning sites (residential and industrial) as part of the wider planning study and LEP amendment.

Operational Plan for Fire Management in Sydney Catchment Authority Special Areas: Carried out assessments on biodiversity, cultural heritage and fuel loading to identify areas suitable for hazard reduction by burning within the NPWS and SCA jointly managed lands. A map-based operational program for hazard reduction was developed.

Bush Fire Assessments: Assisted numerous private and corporate clients to successfully address bushfire safety requirements in their proposals. We have worked on a wide range of developments, from small additions and alterations, to subdivisions and larger Masterplan sites. We have also worked with clients at the early design phase to create bushfire sensitive developments and buildings across NSW.
