Landcom
Cessnock BioBanking Assessment
ELA was engaged by Landcom to undertake a flora and fauna constraints assessment of Crown land at Cessnock to identify potential developable lands via a BioBanking assessment.
The balance of the lands has been assessed under the BioBanking methodology for the potential to provide offsets through its inclusion in the NSW Biodiversity Banking and Offsets Scheme (BioBanking) with the calculation of ‘biodiversity credits’ on the site.
