ELA work collaboratively for the future conservation of Kensington Bushland in Western Australia
Thursday, 30 November, 2017
An excellent and productive collaboration was achieved between stakeholders at a recent workshop to discuss the recently drafted Management Plan for Kensington Bushland in Western Australia. The plan has been drafted to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for the long-term conservation of a remnant bushland that is the jewel in the crown for the Town of Victoria Park.
Eco Logical Australia in conjunction with the Town of Victoria Park facilitated the workshop with a range of stakeholders contributing to the discussion including the Friends of Kensington Bushland, Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, City of South Perth, Harold Rossiter Reserve Community Action Group, community members, contractors, research students and adjoining land managers.
