He specialises in the integration of land use planning and natural resource management with a focus on strategic landscape planning. Previously in protected area management and planning, Mark has since managed environmental assessments and approvals under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Commonwealth) and Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) including major projects within the infrastructure, energy, water, waste, defence, and urban development sectors.

Warren has extensive experience in State and Federal environmental approvals and has lead multi-disciplinary teams for environmental impact assessments and development of management programs for mining, urban development and linear infrastructure projects in WA. Warren regularly provides advice on current policy and agency expectations in environmental protection and biodiversity conservation. Warren is also a Certified Environmental Auditor with RABQSA International and undertakes audits of project compliance with approval conditions. Warren has a background in land rehabilitation and has overseen several revegetation projects in the Perth metropolitan area and Pilbara.

Heather has a strong focus on the intercultural space in protected area/conservation work with indigenous communities in a range of environments across Australia. Heather is experienced in ecological surveys and environmental assessments such as flora and fauna assessments, flora and fauna constraints advice, threatened species pre-clearances, Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs) and assessment of proposals under both NSW and Commonwealth legislation. Heather currently manages the NSW south coast offices of Eco Logical Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ecology/Natural Resources and is in the process of finalising revisions for her PhD in the socio-ecological area.
