Mark is CEO of Eco Logical Australia and has over 18 years' experience as an environmental planner in both government and private industry. Mark holds a Masters of Environmental Law and specialises in the integration of land use planning and natural resource management with a focus on strategic landscape planning. Previously in protected area management and planning, Mark has since managed environmental assessments and approvals under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Commonwealth) and Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) including major projects within the infrastructure, energy, water, waste, defence, and urban development sectors.

Warren has extensive experience in State and Federal environmental approvals and has lead multi-disciplinary teams for environmental impact assessments and development of management programs for mining, urban development and linear infrastructure projects in WA. Warren regularly provides advice on current policy and agency expectations in environmental protection and biodiversity conservation. Warren is also a Certified Environmental Auditor with RABQSA International and undertakes audits of project compliance with approval conditions. Warren has a background in land rehabilitation and has overseen several revegetation projects in the Perth metropolitan area and Pilbara.

Ailsa is particularly interested in the marine and estuarine environment. She has worked on numerous projects relating to ports including their development and on-going environmental management. She also has significant experience in assessing and managing coastal wetlands/estuaries. Ailsa is an experienced project manager, who has delivered both large and small projects to maximum client satisfaction.

She has prepared environmental impact assessments and management plans for infrastructure projects. Beth is experienced in stakeholder consultation and facilitation, including community consultation.

She has extensive experience in mine site environmental management, project management, systems auditing and greenhouse management and reporting. Rachel has worked with a wide range of stakeholders, including industry and government, and has 10 years' experience in environmental management within the mining and construction industries. Rachel’s experience covers a diverse range of environmental management areas including infrastructure construction, rehabilitation, mine subsidence management, water and waste management, approvals and planning and civil earthworks projects. Rachel has been extensively involved with preparation of plans of management, Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs) and compliance reporting.
