ELA presenting at seminars on the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 soon!

Monday, 31 July, 2017

Eco Logical Australia is presenting at two upcoming seminars on the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (BC Act) which is due to commence on 25 August 2017.

We have been actively working through the draft regulations and associated documentation including the Biodiversity Assessment Method to understand the implications of this critical biodiversity reform for our clients across the urban development, resources, infrastucture and Government sectors.

Through these seminars we will provide unique insights into the effects this reform will have on development and conservation in NSW including mandatory offsetting and credit pricing.
