Jasmine is a Senior Environmental Consultant and ELA’s Adelaide Office Manager with over 13 years experience specialising in regulatory approvals, mine closure planning, environmental management and stakeholder engagement within the resources industry. She has worked on projects throughout Australia including South Australia, the Northern Territory, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland. Her previous role as an Environment and Community Superintendent on an operational mine site means that she has extensive experience in exploration and mine site environmental management, compliance, regulatory approvals, mine closure and proactive stakeholder engagement. It also has given her an in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by industry and helped her form trusted relationships with the many Federal and State regulators. She manages a diverse team in South Australia who specialise in ecology (including Native Vegetation Council (NVC) Accredited Consultants), water (both groundwater and surface water), approvals and mine closure.

He is experienced in assessing aquatic biota, riparian health, catchment disturbance, water quality and bank stability. Ian is highly proficient at surveying aquatic biota (e.g. macroinvertebrate sampling using AUSRIVAS, fish surveys using electrofishing, netting estuarine fish and river/marine vegetation surveys).

Mark has the expertise to understand all project elements and be the key interface across study teams, operations, government agencies and value creation stakeholders. Mark has had recent experience in delivering a pre-feasibility study for a mining project using modern ways of working using Agile project delivery methods to embed innovation, sustainability, technology and design thinking.

Anne’s passion lies in bringing people together to solve complex technical problems and achieve positive environmental outcomes. She has extensive experience in undertaking groundwater investigations and in developing policies and regulation in relation to groundwater management, including the Murray-Darling Basin Plan, Great Artesian Basin, and the development of policies that enabled regulation of the coal mining and coal seam gas industry in relation to impacts on water resources. Anne’s experience also includes water approvals, environmental regulation, compliance, the agricultural sector and the design and implementation of nature-based solutions and regenerative agriculture. She manages a diverse team across Canberra, Huskisson and Narooma in NSW, who specialise in ecology (including BAM Accredited Consultants), environmental planning, and bushfire advice and planning.

Daniel is ELA’s manager in Perth and has over eight years’ experience in environmental and bushfire consulting. Initially trained as an ecologist and environmental planner, Daniel has gained invaluable experience in fire ecology, flora and fauna surveys and environmental approvals. Daniel's skills have diversified to include bushfire management planning and team management and he has held senior roles including lead ecologist and lead bushfire consultant. Daniel’s experience in environmental approvals and bushfire planning, particularly in the land development and infrastructure sectors allow him to provide accurate, pragmatic advice regarding opportunities and constraints, and develop innovative solutions to facilitate development in potentially problematic areas.
