Principal Ecologist / Ecology Team Lead – Adelaide SA
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Principal Ecologist/Ecology Team Lead to join our Adelaide team. Based in the Adelaide CBD, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the strategic direction of the office.
The role will involve developing methodologies, overseeing field surveys, and ensuring project excellence. Additionally, you will contribute to business development, recruitment, and operational management, advising on resource allocation and supporting strategic initiatives. Your leadership will help drive staff development and maintain high standards in project delivery.

Experienced to Senior Hydrogeologist – Brisbane QLD
Our National Water Team is searching for an Experienced to Senior Hydrogeologist to join our Queensland water group. Located on Edward Street in Brisbane city centre, you will have the opportunity to Project Manage and deliver groundwater related projects with support from our local and national water leaders. We have a pipeline of work across industries such as resources, energy, urban development, renewables, defence, and research.
You will work alongside approachable and experienced scientists within a wider office of ecologists, spatial analysts, and environmental approvals. You’ll work on a range of established projects across our core business areas, and with great clients who value our expertise.

Environmental Approvals Consultants - Perth WA (2 permanent positions)
- Consultant to Experienced Approvals Consultant
- Experienced to Senior Approvals Consultant
We are seeking two motivated Approvals Consultants to join our WA Environmental Approvals Team based in Perth’s CBD (St Georges Terrace). We have a pipeline of work with a steady flow of existing and new clients that can continue to be built upon, as well as the opportunity to bring in and shape future work.
You will be supported by a friendly, experienced team within a wider office of ecologists, spatial analysts, bushfire scientists and administration support. You’ll work with a range of established clients across our core business areas, including resources, renewables, land development and infrastructure. We work with great clients who value our expertise and work with us to progress complex and interesting projects throughout WA, Australia and internationally through the broader Tetra Tech company.

Ecologists
With the continued success of our operations and a growing pipeline of work, we are looking for experienced ecologists, botanists, zoologists, and restoration ecologists to join us and assist in meeting project demands. With a few years of field work under your belt, you will contribute to conservation planning and management, land development, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects delivering environmental and ecological solutions for our clients. We have roles for Ecologists who have three years' experience through to Principal level.
