Corporate Programs Administrator - Mudgee

We’re looking for a Corporate Programs Administrator to join our team.

Based in our Mudgee office you will collaborate with business leads to coordinate and support the delivery of corporate programs, internal and external events, and industry engagements. You will also provide administrative support to ELA's Operating Unit Leader and the Executive Team.

This diverse role will provide you with opportunity to work with people from different areas of the business, ensuring no two days are the same.

This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week

Marketing & Communications Coordinator - Newcastle

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to bring ELA’s Marketing and Communications Plan to life!

Based in our Newcastle office and working with our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing creative and engaging content, maintaining and improving brand collaterals, and administering our intranet to ensure it is up-to-date and informative.

You’ll work with some great people as you collaborate with our consultants to develop content that showcases the interesting work we do within the environmental industry.

This is a part-time role, 22.8 hours per week

Graduate Ecologist - Coffs Harbour (or Armidale)

Our Coffs Harbour office is looking for a graduate ecologist to support the team. In this role you’ll dive into meaningful fieldwork across renewable energy, mining, local government and conservation projects. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn from experienced ecologists, build strong flora and fauna survey skills, and contribute to real environmental outcomes through data analysis, reporting and on-the-ground assessments. You’ll join a supportive team working on interesting biodiversity projects in northern NSW and beyond. Armidale location may also be considered.
